Description

This is a house, likely built in the early 18th century, located on the south side of Coxwell Street in Cirencester. It is a two-storey, two-window range structure built of roughly-coursed limestone rubble, with a limewashed exterior. The roof is hipped on the right side and covered with artificial slate. A rendered stack, seemingly shared with the adjacent property at number 31, is situated at the left end. The house follows a through-passage plan. It features two two-light leaded casement windows on each floor, topped with timber lintels. A central door comprised of six panels is set into the facade, and a stone quoins mark the right corner. The right end of the building is rendered. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the heritage register for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding properties.
