Description

Orchard Cottage is a semi-detached house located in Hazleton Salperton Village. It dates from the late 17th century to the mid-18th century, with a 19th-century extension. The building is constructed from limestone rubble and features a concrete tile roof and ashlar stacks. It has a rectangular plan with a single bay extension at the right gable end. The two-storey facade has three bays, all with two and three-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements that have stopped hoods. There is a 20th-century two-light casement with a timber lintel located within the blocking of a former door on the lower left side. The gable ends have stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
