Description
The Old Farmhouse is a large semi-detached house dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of random coursed rubble stone and features a stone slate roof with stone end stacks, one of which has a double width flue. The building has a single range with a small lean-to on the right side and stands three storeys tall.
The front facade includes three windows, which are twin wooden casements from the 19th century, each with cemented lintels. On the ground floor, there are two similar windows and a central large gabled stone porch from the 20th century. The second floor has three smaller windows that match the others. The rear facade is plain, featuring two widely spaced twin casements on the ground floor with timber lintels, and directly above them, there are two more casements with concrete lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
