GV II

House. Early C19 with later C19 alterations. Cement render to front with limestone ashlar bay window, coursed limestone rubble to right side; Welsh slate double pile roof; rendered brick stacks to right gable end, between roofs to front and to left side. 2 coped gables to front, range to left smaller with lower storey heights. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. First floor has three 8/8-pane sashes in plain reveals with lead-covered cills; ground floor has C19 brick single-storey extension with Welsh slate roof to far left, C19 2/2-pane sash in plain reveal to left, C19 half-glazed door with margin lights in moulded architrave with lead-covered hood over, late C19 canted bay to left with three plate glass sashes and Welsh slate roof. Gable to left has 8/8-pane sash in plain reveal; gable to right has oeil-de-boeuf window in flat surround. Right side has to first floor 2 windows with basket-arched heads with glazing bar casements with intersecting traceried heads and timber mullions, 2-light to left, 3-light to right; long window, probably to stairs, with pointed head and similar glazing to centre. One 6/6-pane sash to ground floor left. INTERIOR not inspected.
