Description

The Webb Monument is a chest tomb located about 7 metres south of the priest's door in the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary in Beverston Village. It dates from 1649 and is dedicated to Elizabeth Webb. The tomb is made of limestone and features a flat top, a chamfered plinth and capping, and plain slab ends and sides. An incised inscription can be found on the south side of the monument.
