Description

This group of three memorials, located about 10 meters southeast of the south door in the churchyard of the Church of St. Kenelm, dates from the early 19th century. The memorials commemorate Thomas Parker, who died in 1807; William Parker, who died in 1816; and Israel Daby, who died in 1806. They are made of limestone and feature chest tomb designs with tent tops, moulded plinths, and large bases. Each tomb has moulded cappings with incised rectangular panels on the sides. The memorial for Israel Daby includes reeded pilasters on the long sides and a double tent top.
