Description
Hill View is a detached house dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of rubble stone with long and short flush quoins and features a Cotswold stone-slate roof, along with two brick gable stacks. The building consists of a single range with a large central cross gable and a later wing at the rear, likely added in the 19th century.
The house has two storeys and an attic. The gable has one window at the top and two windows at the eaves level, all of which are 2-light leaded windows with chamfered stone-mullions and square hoodmoulds. On the ground floor, there are two 3-light windows with stone-mullions and a central opening casement. The central doorway features a square hoodmould, a large lintel, quoins, and a door in the local style, which consists of three long moulded panels.
