Description

This is a group of six chest tombs located approximately 26 metres east of the northeast chapel of the Church of St John Baptist. The tombs date from the mid and late 18th century and the early 19th century, and they are made of limestone. Two of the mid-18th century tombs feature carved console ends and carved cartouches on the sides. Three tombs from the late 18th century have panelled sides, while one early 19th century tomb is adorned with reeded pilasters on the sides.
