Lanes Cottage and Scuttlebrook Cottage are mid-19th century buildings located on the east side of Leysbourne. They are two storeys high and constructed from rubble with a slate roof. The cottages feature two windows with glazing bar casements and have outer ledged doorways. There is an alleyway on the right-hand side.
