Description

The Elizabeth Pengree Memorial is a large square monument dedicated to Elizabeth Pengree, who died in the 1770s at the age of 22. It is situated close to the north wall of The Manor House. The memorial features a plinth with rebated corners and a panelled pedestal topped with a gadrooned cornice. Above this, there is a tapered shaft that is capped with a gadroon design and an urn finial.
