Description

The railings and gate to St Mary's Hall, located on New Street in Charlton Kings, were constructed in the 1870s and are made of cast iron. The design features lancet rails with one level of bars and extends for approximately 40 meters. These railings and gate are an important part of the streetscape and contribute to the setting of St Mary's Hall, as well as the nearby stocks and whipping post.
