Description
This is a house located at 10 Rodney Road in Cheltenham, built around 1820 to 1830. The exterior features stucco over brick and a mansard slate roof. The building has two storeys with an attic and three first-floor windows. The central window on the first floor is blind, while the other windows are 6/6 sash windows, except for the ground floor windows, which are also blind. All windows have plain reveals and sills. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a fanlight above it, and there are two dormers in the attic. The interior has not been inspected. This house is part of a group with No. 8 Rodney Road and Cambray Baptist Church on Cambray Place.
