Description

Ivy Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century with later alterations. It features a timber-frame structure with plaster infill and a half-hipped pantile roof to the west, which has a scalloped barge-board. The building is single storey with an attic, and has a gable and chimney bay on the east side. There is one dormer with a raking top on the south side and three irregularly placed windows. Each floor of the gable end has one window, with the attic window being a small oriel. To the left, there is a door in an extension that has a tile roof and a central gable. The interior has been altered.
