Description

Lower Upcott is a house dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed of rendered stone rubble and cob, with a thatched roof that has been replaced with corrugated iron and features gabled ends. The building has two storeys and a five-window range, with modern casements that have slate cills. To the right, there is a modern gabled porch, and a rendered chimney stack is located at the right-hand gable end.
