Description

Nos 33 and 35 Plymouth Road are a pair of houses dating from around 1840. They are constructed of stucco with slate roofs. The central two-storey, two-bay portion is flanked by three-storey, single-bay projecting wings. Each end gable features a shield bearing a lion. The windows are tripartite sash windows with cornices, brackets, and lion keystones. The ground floor includes three-light canted bays, with a glazed verandah, doorcases, and blank niches positioned behind. The right-side elevation is hung with slates.
