Description

The Drake chest tomb, located approximately 10 metres to the north-west of the Church of St. Andrew, is a chest tomb dated 1709, dedicated to William Drake of Netherton. It features stone rubble walls and a slate lid, which is adorned with a finely carved border inscription and a grape and flower motif in three panels at each end.
