Description

An early 19th century building on West Street. It is three storeys high, and now has a pebble-dashed exterior. The roof is slate-covered. The building retains two sash windows with original glazing bars. A decorative band runs between the ground and first floors. The simple doorcase has a cornice supported by brackets. The building is listed for its group value.
