Description
Stowford Bridge is a road bridge over the River Thrushel, likely rebuilt in the 18th century from an earlier structure. It is constructed of stone rubble and features granite arch rings. The bridge has a single span with a segmental arch that includes a keystone and cambered parapets. There is a string course located below the parapets. The roadway measures approximately 3½ metres in width.
