Description

The Turner chest tomb, located approximately 9 metres to the north-west of the Church of St. Andrew, dates from 1765 and commemorates William Turner and his wife Mary. It features stone rubble walls and a slate lid adorned with a wavy pattern along the border. The tomb also includes a rhyming epitaph at its centre.
