23 and 25 Well Street are two early 19th century, two-storey buildings. They feature three first-floor sash windows with exposed frames, now only having central glazing bars. The exterior is roughcast and colorwashed. There is a central entrance door with six sunk panels and a flat hood above it. These buildings are part of a group of listed structures on Well Street.
