Description
The entrance screen, gateways, and flanking railings, located approximately 100 metres north of Ebberly House, date from around 1810 to 1820. The structure is rendered and features wrought-iron gates and railings. It has a central distyle in antis Ionic screen with a full entablature and a triangular pediment. The short flanking walls step down to the gateways, which consist of square piers with recessed corners and wrought-iron gates. There are also short sections of flanking curved wrought-iron railings. This entrance screen provides an unusual approach to Ebberly House, which is also from the same period.
