Description
Little Whitehall is a house dating from the early 18th century, which was remodelled in the early 19th century. It features solid rendered walls and a slate roof, with red-brick chimneys on each gable end. The building is three storeys high and has a three-window range. The central door is four-panelled and includes a built-in four-paned fanlight, with raised mouldings on the stiles and rails. There is a later stone porch added to the entrance. The ground and second-storey windows are fitted with 10-paned sashes, while the outer third-storey windows have 6-paned Yorkshire sashes, and the middle window is blind. To the left, there is a single-storey addition. The interior has not been inspected, but a description from 1973 notes features such as a flag floor, doors with two sunk panels, and hewn roof members.
