Description

This chest tomb, located about 6 metres south of the chancel of the Church of St Andrew, dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed from stone rubble and granite. The tomb features a plain stone rubble chest topped with an oversailing chamfered granite lid, which still shows traces of a scratch-moulded border, although the inscription is illegible.
