Description

This granary, located about 40 meters northwest of Lugworthy Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of cob and stone rubble, finished to course, and features a hipped slate roof. The granary includes an adjoining lean-to and has stone rubble steps leading up to the entrance. There are two openings on the first floor on the right side of the building. This structure is noted for being an unusual example of a cob granary.
