Description

This gazebo, located approximately 110 meters north-northeast of Kenwith Castle, dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed with colourwashed render over coursed slatestone rubble and features a pyramidal slate roof. The structure has an octagonal plan and is a single storey. It includes flat rendered arches above a 20th-century door and 19th-century twelve-pane sash windows. The gazebo is depicted in an 1835 print of Kenwith Castle and is situated on a hill behind the house, making it a prominent feature in the landscape.
