Description

These are late 16th-century buildings, located at 18-22 Bude Street in Appledore. The buildings were altered in the 18th century. They are two storeys high and have a deep moulded appearance. Number 18 has a stucco and painted facade, number 20 has a stippled rendering, and number 22 has a colour-washed brick facade. Each building has five windows on each floor, with glazing bars remaining in the first-floor windows. Numbers 20 and 22 have plain entrances. The listed buildings of Bude Street form a group.
