Description

No. 16, known as the Koh-i-noor, is a building dating probably from the 18th century, with later alterations. It is a two-storey structure featuring a stucco exterior with a rusticated ground floor and an enriched band above. The first floor has two flanking pilasters with decorative capitals and a modillion eaves cornice. There are two sash windows with glazing bars on each floor. A blank panel sits above the entrance, which has a six-panel door with panelled reveals. The listed buildings on Bude Street are considered to form a group.
