Description

This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of nine stuccoed houses, numbered 1-9, located on Haldon Terrace, Dawlish. The houses are three storeys high, with slate roofs and bracket eaves cornices. Pilasters separate each house, and each has three windows. Cornices are present on console brackets above the first-floor windows. Some of the ground-floor windows feature trellised verandahs. This terrace is unique in Dawlish, and its importance is heightened by its hillside location.
