Description

This is a chest tomb located about 8 meters east of the chancel of the Church of St. Ida. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of white freestone set on a granite plinth. The chest features plain pilasters at each corner and raised inscription panels on the sides and ends. The earliest date on the inscription commemorates William Browning, who died in 1811.
