Description

Number 10 on Leechwell Street is an early to mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and features dormers. The roof is covered with Welsh slate. The front of the building is plastered and includes pilasters at the corners that support an entablature and a blocking course. The ground floor is rusticated, while there is a plain band on the first floor. The windows are recessed sash types with glazing bars, and the first-floor windows have cornices supported by console brackets. There is a recessed doorway that includes modern side-lights and a door.
