Description

16 Leechwell Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features two windows on its facade. It has a modern slate roof with gable stacks and bracketed eaves. The exterior is finished with roughcast rendering. The building has recessed sash windows with glazing bars, including three-light windows on the ground floor and windows on the first and second floors that have modern shutters. The entrance is marked by a recessed doorway that contains a panelled door.
