Description

This is an earlier 18th-century building on Leechwell Street. It is two storeys high and has a double-fronted facade with two windows. The roof is covered in Welsh slate with a simple wooden eaves band. Late 18th-century recessed sash windows are present, featuring glazing bars. The original timber lintels are largely hidden, except for the ground-floor lintel at the north end. The south-end ground-floor window has Yorkshire sashes. A recessed doorway is present with a console-bracketed cornice, though it has a modern surround and a “Tudorbethan” style door.
