Description

The gate piers, located approximately 100 meters to the north-east of South Allington House, are likely from the 18th century. They are constructed from coursed and squared slatestone. The piers are square in shape and feature a hollow chamfered plinth, along with a moulded and coved cornice topped with flat caps.
