Description

Old Porch House, dating from 1660, is a two-storey building with an attic, constructed of narrow coursed stone. It features massive stone chimneys with copes and casement windows. The entrance boasts a wide studded door with wrought strap hinges on lugs. Inside, the house has massive hewn beams and heavy joists, along with a wide fireplace. The attic includes hewn purlins and two-panel doors.
