Description

This is a farm outbuilding dating from the early 19th century, located approximately 40 metres south-south-east of Old Newnham. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a hipped slate roof. The building is small and single-storey, with four-centred arch windows that have wooden louvres on either side of a central doorway, which is topped by a pointed arch. This outbuilding is included for its group value.
