Description

Elworthy Cottage is a 17th or 18th century, two-storey building featuring a thatched roof and stone roughcast walls that have been colourwashed. The cottage has two casement windows and a centrally located entrance with a wide boarded door set within a massive door frame, which is complemented by an added trellis porch. A prominent central chimney adds to its character. Elworthy Cottage is part of a group that includes Glencora, Summer Cottage, Old Cottage, and Rose Cottage.
