Description

Follaton Lodge is an early 19th-century lodge, originally part of Follaton House, built in the Gothic style. It is constructed of rendered limestone rubble with a Welsh slate roof and a moulded stack. The lodge has irregular window placement. The west front features an oriel window in the attic gable, with three arched lights and a castellated false parapet. A two-light casement window has moulded surrounds and hoodmoulds; the original diamond-leaded light has been replaced with glazing bars. The north front has a gabled porch with an arched doorway and boarded door.
