The ground floor is constructed of stone and features two arched windows, along with an arched entrance on the right side. The windows are now sash windows without the original glazing bars. An attic has been added as a first floor, featuring a gabled sash dormer window. The roof is covered in slate. The front walls of the garden to the right are stone with a round rendered cope, standing 8 and 5 feet high. The building forms a group with End House, The Dower House (formerly Alpha House), Ferry View, Nos 46 to 48 and Cliff Cottage.
