Description

Church House, located at 148 Church Street, is an 18th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It is two stories tall with a basement and features hung slates on its exterior. The first floor has three sash windows, which now only have central glazing bars. The building has wide eaves and a slate roof, along with a hipped six-panel door that has fielded upper panels. There is a small glazed porch above the door, which also has glazing bars. On the ground floor, to the left, there is a sash window with glazing bars. Church House is part of a group that includes Nos 142 to 148 (even).
