Description

Duncombe House is an 18th or early 19th century building, originally three storeys high with three windows. It features flush frame sash windows with glazing bars, and the front is clad in slate, rising above the road on a stone plinth with a partial basement on the right. An eaves cornice runs along the top. A wooden glazed porch has been added to the central entrance, accessed by steps. The building forms a group with the adjacent property at No. 7.
