Description
The granary at Coombe Farm, located approximately 4.5 metres west of the kitchen wing, dates from the 19th century. It is constructed of slatestone rubble and features a slate roof. This free-standing structure has a hipped roof and is aligned parallel to the barn range. The side facing the barn includes a wide door at the top of a flight of stone steps, along with two small square windows. The gable facing the farmhouse has two rows of pigeon openings, while the far gable features a door with a cemented surround. This granary is part of a group that includes the farmhouse and barns.
