Description

Dart Bank Cottage, along with Josam Dor and Riverwatch at 1-3 St Peter’s Terrace, is an earlier-mid 19th-century building. It is three storeys high and originally had a five-window front, although some windows are now blank. The roof is hipped and covered in Welsh slate, featuring a rendered stack and projecting bracketed eaves. The windows are recessed, have architraved surrounds, and retain their glazing bars; some have shutters. A doorway is present, topped with a fanlight, though the door has been altered.
