Description

This warehouse, known as Graham Reeves, dates from the earlier to mid-19th century and is located on the east side of the Steam Packet Inn. It is three storeys high and features five windows on its south side. The roof is hipped and covered with Welsh slate. The building is constructed from coursed Devonian limestone rubble and has wide buttresses. It includes mullioned windows with red brick dressings and segmental arches, most of which still have their glazing bars. There is a gabled hoist bay with boarded doors at each floor level, as well as a recessed entrance that has a patterned fanlight and a boarded door.
