Description

Sunnyside is a cottage, probably from the 18th century, located in Kings Nympton. It features painted roughcast rendered stone rubble and cob, with a thatched roof and gable ends. There is a brick stack at the left gable end. The building has a two-room layout with a central passage and a 20th-century outshut at the rear. The exterior is two storeys high and has a two-window range. The windows are late 19th or early 20th century, consisting of two-light casements with six panes per light. A 20th-century porch with a hipped thatch roof is also present. The interior has not been inspected.
