Description

This headstone, dating from 1704, is located approximately 10 metres south of the south porch of the Church of St Thomas of Canterbury in Newton Tracey. It is made of stone and features a shaped head with an angel's bust above a weathered inscription. The name of the deceased is not legible, but it is known that they died in 1704.
