Description

This early 19th-century range comprises three buildings – numbers 17, 18, and 19 – on the north side of Broad Street, South Molton. The buildings are constructed of stuccoed material and have a hipped slate roof with a dentilled eaves cornice. There are six sash windows, retaining their glazing bars except for those on number 19. The windows have moulded architraves. Numbers 18 and 19 each feature two three-light canted bays. The buildings now have modern shopfronts. Number 17 has a rounded corner and a pyramidal roof.
