Description

Nos 20 and 21 on Broad Street in South Molton are a pair of buildings dating from around 1840. They are three storeys high and have a stucco exterior with a slate roof and a dentilled eaves cornice. The buildings feature five sash windows in total, each with moulded architraves and verticals. No 20 has a modern shopfront, while No 21 displays the inscription "The Constitutional Club" and includes a notable cast iron balcony.
