Description

Fallow House is an early 18th-century building situated on Church Street in South Molton. It is a two-storey structure built of colour-washed rubble, with a slate roof. The house has five windows in total, including two slightly projecting wings, each containing a single bay. Most of the window glazing bars remain intact. The ground floor features a curved, three-light bow window dating to the early 19th century. There is a modern slatted corner weatherhood above the doorcase. Inside, a notable feature is an 18th-century china cupboard with a broken pediment.
