Description

An early to mid-19th century pair of buildings located on King Street, South Molton. The buildings are three storeys high and have a stuccoed exterior. They feature a hipped slate roof and a moulded eaves cornice. The arrangement is four windows wide to three windows. Number 3 retains original glazing bars to its sash windows, and includes a three-light central bay window on the first floor. The ground floor features two Composite columns.
