Description

This is an early 19th century red brick terrace, comprising numbers 49 to 52 Blackboy Road. The terrace is three storeys high with attics, and originally featured a recessed panel between the windows on the upper floors. Originally, the ground floor had an arcade with reeded imposts; however, numbers 49 and 52 have been altered. Number 49 now has a late 19th century two-storey canted bay. Numbers 50 and 51 retain porches with semi-circular heads and trellis sides. The building has a modillion cornice and a slate roof. Numbers 49 to 52 form a group.
